You are what you're working on.

If you want to know something about a person ask them what are they working on.  What have they done yesterday, today, the last few hours.

You'll notice right away the time element to those questions.

If you finger painted as a kid but haven't done anything since... you're not an artist.

I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times. -Bruce Lee
Let's adjust that quote a little.  Fear the man who practices that kick that kick everyday.

If you're not obsessing over your work and haven't done anything with it in a while... guess what.

I don't even need to tell you what you already know.  But ponder it today and use it to not only get back on the right track but also start chugging down it towards you're goal.

Most people spend a lot of time getting on the track that will lead to the goal they want... but never proceed down it.  Just sitting on the track and never moving is pointless.

Also remember that trains are not teleporters, you're not going to suddenly appear at your destination instantly.  You have to keep chugging down the line day in and day out until you get there.  You may find that there is a better track to switch to down the line but you never stop moving.

After completing our blue light therapy article we suddenly realized that a lot of the work we had been doing wasn't moving us forward.  It was more "getting on the right track" kind of work.  That needs to stop... time to get moving again.

We're going to start cranking out content again.  Hang on tight.
